You must not use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, misleading content, fraudulent communications, or messages that violate any applicable laws or regulations. Sending messages without proper recipient consent, promoting illegal products or services, or transmitting offensive, abusive, or harmful content is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable SMS marketing laws, telecom regulations, and data protection requirements, including but not limited to DLT registration, sender ID approval, template approval, and recipient consent. Pridip Web Solutions shall not be held responsible for penalties, fines, legal actions, or service suspensions resulting from your non-compliance. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure reliable SMS delivery, we do not guarantee message delivery, delivery speed, or delivery accuracy. Message delivery depends on multiple factors including telecom operators, network availability, recipient device status, regulatory filtering, and third-party gateway performance. Failed or delayed messages do not entitle users to refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise. SMS credits must be purchased in advance and are subject to pricing and validity terms displayed on the platform. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified in writing. Unused credits may expire based on plan conditions. Pridip Web Solutions reserves the right to revise pricing, credit validity, or service plans at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with these Terms. Pridip Web Solutions may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if we suspect misuse, violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or behavior that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties. Account termination does not entitle you to refunds or compensation. All content, software, design elements, logos, trademarks, documentation, and intellectual property associated with the platform are owned by Pridip Web Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the thirty days preceding the claim.
